3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will not be affected.
Payments must be completed before order confirmation. Orders are processed only after successful payment.

                 Payment Methods: We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Digital Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (selected locations).
            

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to deliver products within the estimated timeframe. Standard delivery: 3-5 business days.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Weather, strikes, or courier delays may affect delivery.
SASS Ayurveda is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners. Once shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the courier partner.

Tracking Information: A tracking ID will be shared via email/SMS once your order is shipped.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Customers must report issues within 7 days of delivery. Please check your order immediately upon receipt.
Refunds will be processed after verification. Once approved, refunds take 7-10 business days.

Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@sassayurveda.com with your order ID and photos of damaged/incorrect items.

8. Limitation of Liability

SASS Ayurveda is not responsible for:

Any allergic reactions or misuse of products - Please check ingredients before use and follow usage instructions
Indirect or incidental damages - Including loss of profits, data, or business interruption

                 Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Jurisdiction: Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be filed exclusively in the courts located in Kochi, Kerala.
